Old Use Case Maps Linear Form (Grammar)
This work has been abandoned. The XML
linear form is now the current format.
One of the first contributions of this project is the design of a linear
form (a grammar) that would allow the representation of Use Case Maps as
text files. Such files are meant to be automatically generated from a visual
Use Case Maps editor: the UCM Navigator.
The latest DRAFT version of this grammar is available in PDF:
A Java parser for this linear form is also available:
LFM Java Parser, (.zip)
(69 Kb - February 1st, 1998). This is version 1.00, and this package contains
47 .class files, as well as a few simple examples.
Parser BNF, generated by
jjdoc from our implementation (.html) (24 Kb - February 1st, 1998).
Complete Classes Documentation,
