TMS/DEVS 2012

The Symposium on Theory of Modeling and Simulation (TMS/DEVS) 2012, part of SpringSim 2012, took place in Orlando, FL, from March 26 to March 28, 2012.

General notes

We would like to thank all authors, reviewers and organizers of TMS/DEVS 2012 for your support and participation.

At first we have to say thank you to all those who submitted a paper to the conference. We received 124 papers, a record number in the history of TMS/DEVS. a sufficient number of good and high quality submissions covering many of the topics of the conference and we are especially happy about the increasing share of papers on the broader theory of modeling and simulation.

At second we have to say thank you to all those who did the reviews: without your support such a conference could never be successful.

Last but not least we would like to express our gratitude to all those of you supporting the conference on site (registration desk, session chairs, presenters, audience, etc …) as well to those who did a great job on organizing rooms, proceedings, and the rest.
