 For the setup of a successful performance engineering
 it is necessary to regard of diverse performance-
 influencing factors. In a first step, we considered
 organizational assumptions, necessary processes, the
 project management and technological aspects. The
 performance engineering maturity model can be used for
 evaluating the level of integration and application of
 performance engineering.
