The following is a description of the software that is distributed by the RADS group.
There are LQNS executables for SPARC, HP-UX10, and Linux.
LQNS is distributed free of charge on a license based on an evaluation agreement. Download the license form, follow the instructions, and after an exchange of faxes and emails you will be given access to the archive file.
