Notes

• Software for linear programming and mixed-integer programming: the easiest to obtain and use is “classic Lindo”, which can be downloaded here.
• If you are using LINGO instead of LINDO and need to get ranging information for sensitivity analysis, look at the help article found under "lingo|range" in the index.
