Instructions:
Select the appropriate stdstuff.h file, depending on the environment that you are using.

If you choose to use an environment for which there is no file provided, try taking
the one for Dev-C++.  

If you make any changes to your stdstuff.h file for the environment that you are using
please send it to us so that we can make it available to other students.
